Repair Terms of Service
** CANCELLATION **
Customer is responsible to pay a 25% restocking fee for any order that is cancelled after the order # has been issued & processed.
** LIMITED WARRANTY **
- Limited Warranty, some restrictions may apply
- UCRACKIFIX products and parts are supported with a 07-Days Limited Warranty, which only applies to items that are defective.
** NO REFUNDS AFTER REPAIR **
** WARRANTY **
- All upgrades/repairs have ONLY 07(SEVEN) DAYS WARRANTY on service and parts. Any Repair like Screen/Battery/Port etc. that are cracked or scratched will void warranty.
- Warranty covers Original Hardware Problem Only, any issue that was not originally specified by customer is not covered by warranty. Warranty service claim must be made before warranty period ends.
- Any damage caused by abuse, such as liquid damage voids all warranty. Physical damage voids all warranty. If you return before or after the warranty with the same damaged problem, we will do everything possible to give you a discount, but it will not be free).
- Customer Must bring copy of the Receipt for pick up and claim warranty service.
- UCrackiFix is not responsible for any device or accessories left for more than thirty (30) days.
uCrackiFix is not responsible for any loss, corruption, or breach of the data on my product during service; and
as loss of data may occur as a result of the service, costumer is responsibility to make a back up copy of my data before bringing my product to uCrackiFix for service;
uCrackiFix may use parts or products that are new or equivalent to new in reliability and performance.
Sales Products Term
** POLICY **
1. Only defective items in the original packaging will be accepted for a return without a restocking fee.
2. Returns will not be accepted for any items that are non-defective, ordered in error or did not sell.
3. Customer must thoroughly inspect all items upon purchase the item to ensure no products are damaged or missing. If any items are incorrect, damaged or missing the customer must notify within 24 hours to be eligible for credit or replacements.
4. If a return or exchange is approved that is non-defective, ordered in error or did not sell it is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
5. Exchanges will only be accepted for items that are in original packaging.
6. All claims must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
7. All laptop, computer, consoles, tablet, phone parts and especial order items ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
